Service Technician (m/f/d)

For our client, we are looking for a committed and technically skilled individual as a Service Technician. In this varied position, you will work independently at customers' sites and take on the maintenance, repair, and servicing of automatic door and gate systems. Service Technician (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Carrying out maintenance and servicing work on automatic door and gate systems
• Performing repairs, supplementary work, and renovations
• Analysing and resolving technical faults
• Ensuring high system availability and customer satisfaction
• Independent organisation and coordination of service assignments
• Taking on on-call duties
• Supporting the installation team as required

Your Profile

• Completed basic vocational training in mechanics, electrical, automation, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in technical service is an advantage
• Strong interest in technical systems and willingness to familiarise yourself with new systems
• Independent, reliable, and conscientious working style
• Customer-oriented manner and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Driving licence category B
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Residence in the deployment region is an advantage
