E-Commerce Operations Specialist
Responsibilities
- Coordination and alignment with shipping warehouses, locations and external service providers
- Clarification of missing deliveries as well as tracking and escalation in case of irregularities
- Support of sales outlets regarding the internal B2C order system (COSMO)
- Monitoring and analysing drop shipping business and deriving appropriate measures
- Technical clarifications of complex customer service cases
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in logistics administration
- Confident handling of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; knowledge of SAP and WAMAS is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Resilience and the ability to set priorities correctly even in hectic situations
- Solution-oriented, independent and responsible way of working
- Teamwork skills as well as careful and reliable working style
