Our guests have access to a hotel with 68 rooms, a restaurant and banquet area with around 1,000 seats, and 22 seminar rooms with up to 450 seats. This is the challenge you are looking for:

You are part of a kitchen team of around 25 people

You actively participate in the design and preparation of a culinary high-quality and varied offer

As a passionate cook, you enjoy processing and integrating many products from our own production – from the estate farm, our own butcher's shop, cheese dairy, nursery, and fish farm –

Passing on your knowledge to our apprentices

If interested, there is the possibility to gain experience in other areas, such as our own cheese dairy, butcher's shop, or nursery

You bring the following:

Training as a cook EFZ

Professional experience in à la carte kitchen or enthusiasm to gain this experience

Enjoyment of fresh products (no convenience food)

Good professional and social skills

Team player with a sense of responsibility
