Your Tasks
- You ensure professional and high-quality nursing within the framework of key worker duties
- You plan, manage and design the nursing process and responsibly implement the agreed measures
- You conduct crisis interventions as well as demanding key worker discussions
- You ensure seamless nursing documentation and professional communication
- You lead nursing therapeutic groups and contribute to their further development
- You take on daily responsibility on the ward
- You contribute to appreciative interdisciplinary collaboration and a holistic treatment process
- You participate in handovers, focus-oriented treatment discussions, ward rounds, case conferences and supervisions
- You actively participate in coordination, team and training meetings
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF
- Ideally, you have professional experience in a psychiatric setting
- You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner
- You are flexible, resilient and responsible
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
- You wish to continuously develop professionally and personally
- You demonstrate high social and communication skills
- You have very good PC application skills
- You have native or at least C2 level German language skills and several years of professional experience in a German-speaking environment
