Exciting tasks await:

• Administrative support of project management in planning, organisation and implementation, creating deployment plans for front staff
• Support in coordinating private tours including preparing offers for customers
• Support in the creation and implementation of printed materials
• Providing information by phone in the weeks before the exhibition (telephone service)
• Daily presence during the event week from 1 March (vernissage) to 7 March 2027, on-site support for the successful execution of the exhibition

What you bring:

• Commercial basic training, training in event management or tourism
• Art history students with a strong flair for organisation and administration are also conceivable
• Openness, enjoyment in dealing with people
• Flexibility, resilience and above-average commitment
• Proactive, service-oriented working style, good MS Office skills
