A site manager (80%-100%)
3-month fixed-term contract
Job Description
- Supervision of the 3 sites (Yverdon, Payerne, Le Sentier) and staff management
- Analysis and organisation of the qualitative and quantitative processing pace of files
- Regular evaluation of client services and implementation of improvement measures
- Planning of personnel requirements
- Budget responsibility
- Coordination and collaboration with local authorities
Profile Sought
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent training, diploma or higher education an asset
- Proven experience in team leadership (team leader, team manager), preferably in insurance / public administration
- Strong interest in social insurance
- Fluent in French, comfortable with common IT tools
- Excellent listening and communication skills, good emotional control
- Good stress resistance, proven analytical and synthesis skills
- Appetite for public service and high social sensitivity in line with the company’s activities and values
- Resident in the northern Vaud region (Lausanne-Yverdon-Payerne axis)
- Available immediately for a 3-month fixed-term contract
