Production Employee / Operations Employee Food Industry (m/f/d) – 40% (with option for more)

For our client in food processing, we are looking for committed and flexible support in the production area starting immediately. Strengthen the existing team until the orderly closure of the operation in December 2026.

Your tasks:

• Production & Line (Aluminium & Sliced Meat Line): Inserting and processing food, machine monitoring as well as reliable quality control.
• Packaging: Proper packaging and stacking of finished products.
• Repack & Logistics: Repacking and new packaging of goods (partly in the deep-freeze area with appropriate protective clothing).

You bring the following:

• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (Monday to Saturday, shifts by arrangement).
• Physical fitness: Enjoyment of standing work and physical activity (lifting loads approx. 2–7 kg as well as working above shoulder height).
• Language skills: Good German skills (at least level A2, ideally B1) for smooth communication within the team.
• Attributes: High reliability, enthusiasm and commitment to collaborate until the end of 2026.
