The Hospital Network AR
The Hospital Network Appenzell Ausserrhoden, with the acute hospital Herisau and the Psychiatric Centre AR in Herisau, ensures extended basic medical care for the population in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care within the canton and beyond.
We are looking for
In the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy under the direction of Dr med univ (HR) Mirjana Vidakovic, Ms Katharina Büche is seeking, as a complement to our specialist therapeutic team (art, movement, occupational, activation and music therapy), an occupational therapist with a workload of 60%, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Occupational therapy treatment (assessment, planning, treatment and evaluation) of inpatients, day clinic and outpatient patients in individual and group settings
- Active participation in interdisciplinary reports, intervisions, team meetings and supervisions
- Collaboration with the interprofessional team
- Documentation of progress and recording of services
Your profile
- Recognised diploma in occupational therapy (BSc, FH, HF)
- Requirement for professional practice licence desired
- Additional specialisation in the field desired
- Psychiatric experience in the inpatient sector is required
- Interest in team-oriented and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Independent working style
- High degree of flexibility and resilience
- Organisational skills, commitment, flexibility, and teamwork
