About the job

This also includes the professional management of property accounting. As a numbers expert, you will manage various property accounts in collaboration with the property management team and thus make a significant contribution to achieving our goals.
Your tasks in detail
- Managing property accounts from A to Z
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handling accounting tasks related to mandate entries and exits
- Assisting in the preparation of heating and operating cost statements
- Preparing customer-specific reports
- Supporting and collaborating with the property management teams
- Project and cleanup work
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in accounting is a must, and further training in finance/real estate is a plus
- Confident German, good knowledge of French
- You are solution-oriented and tackle challenging tasks promptly
- Your working style is precise, independent, and solution-focused
