To complete our team at the Public Pharmacy of the Central Pharmacy Service of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Italian Switzerland at the Regional Hospital of Bellinzona and Valli, we are looking for a
Public Pharmacy Manager (60-100%)
Profile:
The pharmacist we are looking for will be called upon to contribute to an effective and efficient management of the Public Pharmacy, ensuring high standards of service and advice to internal and external stakeholders and applying good dispensing practices.
They will also need to ensure an efficient organization of the service and adequate management of the collaborators.
Necessary requirements:
- Federal diploma in pharmacy or equivalent foreign qualification;
- FPH specialization in community pharmacy;
- Managerial experience in a public pharmacy in Switzerland is a preferred qualification;
- Experience in personnel management;
- Knowledge of federal and cantonal health laws;
- Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of at least one of the other national languages;
- General computer skills;
- Good organizational, relational, and communication skills.
