Located in a building in Bevaix since 2006, in the canton of Neuchâtel, specifically designed for our activities, we prepare our products and deliveries there.

Your responsibilities

• Telesales of poultry, fish and other food products
• Advice and follow-up with our professional clients: restaurants, communities and butcheries
• Prospecting new clients by phone and email
• Managing orders and associated administrative follow-ups.
• Updating client data with various sales-related administrative tasks
• Preparing commercial offers
• Maintaining quality client relationships and responding to their specific needs.
• Collaborating with the logistics team to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Participating in the development of strategies to increase sales.

Your profile

• Experience in sales, ideally in the food sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with IT tools and management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good stress resistance and ability to manage priorities.
• Good knowledge of the Swiss market and local food products.
• Fluency in French; knowledge of German or another national language is an asset.
