We are recruiting motivated professionals to work with people living at home in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud (La Côte region).
Home Care Nurse (M/F)
Structure and contract:
- Major home care provider operating in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud;
- Structure placing particular importance on quality of care, proximity and personalised support for beneficiaries;
- Home visits within a defined geographical area, by car, bicycle or on foot depending on the zones;
- Variable hours: morning, daytime, evening, split shifts, weekends as needed;
- Depending on your availability and field needs, we offer both:

regular assignments with an activity rate of up to 80%
-
short-term replacements
-
on-call interventions
-
temporary assignments from a few hours to several weeks
Your profile:
- You have at least 2 years of nursing experience;
- Ideally, you have previous successful experience in home care;
- You possess good knowledge of the Geneva and/or Vaud care network, a real asset;
- You are organised, autonomous, flexible and have an excellent sense of adaptability;
- You are comfortable with IT tools and care documentation;
- You have a personal vehicle or are mobile within your intervention area;
- You are able to manage emergency situations and unforeseen events independently;
- You demonstrate discretion, empathy and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Your criminal record is clean;
- You are looking for both regular work and opportunities for occasional assignments according to your availability.
Your mission:
- Ensure individualised and quality care for beneficiaries at home;
- Perform nursing care autonomously in accordance with good professional practices;
- Ensure traceability of care and transmit essential information for continuity of care;
- Assess beneficiaries' needs and participate in the development and adaptation of the care plan;
- Work closely with various stakeholders and partners in the care network;
- Contribute to maintaining beneficiaries at home and preserving their autonomy;
- Intervene as part of regular rounds, planned replacements or urgent missions according to field needs.
