Your Tasks

• You take on a responsible and versatile role where you can effectively apply your expertise
• You promote the training and further education of assistant physicians and students
• You provide consultative advice to psychiatric colleagues and participate in the somatic background service (by phone)
• You conduct somato-neurological examinations, carry out ward rounds, treat physical comorbidities and assume senior physician case responsibility
• With an interprofessional team, you ensure the care of people with dementia and delirium to enable a rapid return to their familiar environment

Your Profile

• You hold a specialist title in General Internal Medicine or Neurology
• You are a professionally and socially competent personality with leadership skills
• You enjoy developing your area of responsibility conceptually, organisationally and also economically successfully
• You are a team player and contribute to the work in accordance with the principle of collegiality in the trial leadership as well as the clinic in a solution-oriented manner
• You lead the specialised ward for dementia and delirium in a team- and goal-oriented way together with a specialist in Psychiatry & Psychotherapy and the nursing ward management
