Responsibilities

• Establish the newly created leadership role "Logistics Management"
• Create a logistics concept
• Plan deployment as well as provide professional and personnel management of the logistics area (roles: dispatcher, logistician, freight forwarder)
• Ensure occupational safety and quality of work
• Optimise routes

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you ideally bring the following qualifications:

• Have successfully completed vocational training as a logistics specialist
• Have completed leadership training
• Can demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in a comparable role
• Are a motivated, flexible person and can assert yourself well
• Have good German and French skills and can ideally also communicate in Italian
• Possess good computer skills as well as good knowledge of Office programmes (Word, Excel) and hold a driving licence
• Enjoy working in an international environment
• Remain calm and solution-oriented in hectic situations
