The data center of the real estate office of the Canton of Zurich manages a unique and diverse real estate portfolio with around 2,200 buildings and 14,000 plots of land, including school buildings, administrative and judicial buildings, cultural buildings, and residential properties. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as a draftsman/-woman with administrative tasks, starting immediately or by arrangement.
In this exciting role, you will create and edit building plans and record and modify the usage data of the cantonal properties. You will conduct on-site measurements and coordinate the planning surveys in collaboration with other cantonal offices. Furthermore, you will create reports and evaluations on property usage, record and maintain plans for technical building systems, and ensure that the data quality related to planning is always guaranteed. You have completed a draftsman training program with a focus on construction, civil engineering, or interior design and possess solid CAD skills, ideally in AutoCAD. Digitalization sparks your interest, and you confidently use IT tools such as MS Office. Experience with ticketing systems and SAP is an advantage. You work both independently and enjoy working in a team, impress with your communicative nature and positive demeanor, and are characterized by conceptual thinking and an analytical-structured working method.
