Tasks
This is what you can achieve with us:
Together with a motivated team consisting of educational specialists, you will accompany pupils on the autism spectrum, with cognitive impairments, as well as with self-injurious and aggressive behaviour intensively in their school day. You will accompany the young people in a 1:1 setting and thus will not work in a fixed class group. Regular exchange and consultations within the class team are planned.
Requirements
What you bring with you:
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic personality with training in social pedagogy. Ideally, you have already gained experience in dealing with people on the autism spectrum and with challenging and aggressive behaviours. You are characterised by an independent and reliable way of working and are physically and mentally very resilient. You enjoy contributing as part of a team. At the same time, you also like to work independently and sometimes on your own. You can approach the challenges related to accompanying the young people with the necessary professionalism and calmness.
We offer
This is what you can look forward to:
Our culture is characterised by appreciation and openness. In your role, you take on a lot of responsibility and receive the corresponding scope for design. You work in a motivated and well-coordinated team. Our employment conditions, based on cantonal framework conditions, are attractive. Find out more about this on our website.
