Responsibilities

• Leadership, planning and promotion of a team of up to 25 employees in the warehouse area
• Responsibility for an efficient and trouble-free warehouse operation
• Conducting development discussions to specifically promote employees
• Co-responsibility for the implementation and compliance with occupational safety and health protection standards
• Further development and optimisation of processes and procedures
• Support with overarching leadership tasks

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the car accessories sector
• Several years of experience in managing employees and optimising processes
• Solution-oriented working style with a strong customer focus
• Communicative and empathetic personality
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
