Your main tasks include:
- In the machine area:
- Commissioning, optimisation and general acceptance work on our machine tools
- Error analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting on machine tools and controls
- Carrying out laser measurements for machine optimisation and quality assurance
- Creating feasibility studies and time calculations for our customers
- Planning, accompanying and evaluating trials and test runs
- Close cooperation with the departments of development, production, sales and service
- In the customer area:
- Planning and conducting customer training and user courses
- Supporting our customers in process optimisation in machining
- Carrying out customer trials on our machines
- Programming, commissioning and optimising acceptance parts
Your profile
- You communicate confidently and precisely in German, both spoken and written
- Training in polymechanics or comparable qualification
- Your workplace is in Reiden. With your category B driving licence and our company vehicle, you are ready to be on the road for around 15 weeks per year on varied customer assignments in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
- Sound knowledge of machining technology (milling, machining processes)
- Extensive experience with Heidenhain and/or Siemens controls
- Strong mechanical understanding and technical know-how
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High customer orientation as well as professional communication skills
You also bring with you
- Experience in process optimisation and production analysis
- Experience in application technology or technical customer service
