Job Description
In this exciting role in internal sales as well as representing the EM shop, you are responsible for receiving orders, providing technical advice and processing orders. You handle and monitor orders and clarify product enquiries with our suppliers. Furthermore, you advise our customers enthusiastically and knowledgeably by phone on products, price information, delivery dates as well as technical or organisational enquiries. In short, you are the link between our customers, suppliers and internal departments.
Qualifications
We are looking for a team-oriented, resilient and responsible individual with training as an electrical installer with a federal certificate of competence (EFC) and several years of professional experience. You enjoy working independently and like dealing with customers. You have a flair for entrepreneurial thinking and acting and possess solid MS Office skills. Your confident German language skills, both spoken and written, and your communication strength complete your profile.
