Support us with your know-how – your area of responsibility:

• Technical support for our customers and dealers by phone
• Correspondence with customers, suppliers, and the plants as well as independent handling of inquiries
• Planning and/or conducting training sessions

Contribute to our shared success – what you bring:

• Completed technical or craft basic training
• Further training in the commercial field or several years of office experience
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering
• Good spoken French skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Knowledge of Hörmann products
• Good user skills in IT and MS Office
• Strong service mentality
• Enjoyment in contact with people
• Good communication skills
