Tasks:
- drafting of judgment projects
- preparation of reports
- case file management
- participation in hearings and deliberations and minute-taking
- conducting legal research
Requirements:
- lawyer's licence, or doctorate in Swiss law, or Master of Law or degree in Swiss law
- good knowledge of the official languages
- ability to work independently and conduct legal research
- writing skills
- interest in civil law, particularly contract law
- no justified ongoing enforcement proceedings and no certificates of asset deficiency
- no criminal record entries
- Swiss citizenship

Employment conditions:
