Caretaker / Specialist in Facility Maintenance (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Care and maintenance of properties and operational buildings
• Inspection and maintenance of technical equipment such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (HVAC)
• Minor repairs and maintenance work on building infrastructure
• Monitoring and documentation of maintenance and repair work
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the facilities and on the outdoor areas
• Contact person for tenants and users of the buildings for enquiries and problems
• Support in organising moves and renovation measures

We Expect

• Completed training in caretaking, facility maintenance, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the maintenance of buildings and technical systems
• Manual skills and experience in carrying out minor repairs
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Customer-friendly manner and good communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work flexible hours
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
