SME Construction, Facility Services
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for the overall coordination of construction projects in the Facility Services department in the area of building maintenance
- Ensuring construction site safety
- Maintenance work - construction project manager / site manager / specialist
- Preparation of documents for building permits
- Collaboration with specialist departments such as engineering, production, and maintenance
- Responsibility for the correct documentation of your responsibilities
Your profile:
- Technical basic training
- Further training in construction (site manager, draftsman, etc.)
- Professional experience in a pharmaceutical environment with GMP basic understanding
- High safety awareness
- Analytical thinking, high accuracy, and structured working method
- Teamwork, resilience, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good German skills, English skills are a plus
