About the job
We are looking immediately (at the latest by July 2027) for an enthusiastic youth worker/youth deacon who has a heart for young people, Jesus, and the young at heart.
You are guided by 1 Corinthians 12, are a team player, enjoy and have ideas for church development, and love worship.
You are a member of the Protestant regional church (or want to become one) and wish to reach people with the best message ever.
Creativity and actively reaching out to people, alongside humility and love for God’s word, are among your strengths.
Good musicality (contributing to our band work), athleticism (e.g. ski and snowboard camp), and your adventurous spirit are desirable!
We are (not) a normal church community in Thurgau, restarting after upheavals. Together with the new pastoral couple, you will help build children’s and youth work, become part of the staff team, and network the generations. You will actively contribute to our Young at Heart service, lead the youth club, and live church locally.
We offer you a fair salary according to the regional church tariff, assistance with finding accommodation, generous training opportunities, and much more.
Please send your letter of motivation with complete application documents by 31 January 2027 at the latest to:
