Your area of responsibility

• Professional, personnel and organizational leadership of the nursing team
• Co-responsibility for ensuring professional, needs-based nursing and care
• Co-responsibility for quality assurance and its continuous development
• Participation in projects (leading and planning)

• You have a degree as a nursing specialist at HF/FH level 
• Ideally, you have Spitex experience
• You have professional and leadership experience
• You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible and cheerful personality with pronounced social and self-competences
• You enjoy moving between professional expertise, leadership and positive leadership and being a role model with your professionalism
• You have good analytical and conceptual skills, initiative as well as joy in implementing and accompanying change processes
