Start your next professional challenge and become part of our unique Government & Public Sector (GPS) team. Contribute to exciting digitalisation projects in the public sector. Get to know agile methods and engage with modern IT environments.
As a member of a young, interdisciplinary team, you will advise our public sector clients in analysing and optimising a wide range of existing and new IT solutions. This includes activities such as business analysis, Scrum mastering and product ownership, project management office (PMO), requirements engineering, business and IT architecture, as well as data analysis and information management – you can develop where your strengths lie.
Your main tasks
- Support our clients and help advance the digitalisation of the public sector in Switzerland
- Lead projects, create specifications and analyses, and contribute real added value and success to our client projects.
- Analyse, capture and document requirements at the interface between business and IT in close coordination with stakeholders. Ensure a clear and precise definition of requirements to meet client needs
- Actively participate in the preparation and compilation of bids for public tenders, taking into account client requirements and compliance with all regulations
- Participate in the creation of IT architecture models and support our clients in testing their systems and information portals.
What we are looking for
- Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in economics, (business) informatics or supporting disciplines
- At least 2 years of experience in IT projects, for example in the role of IT project manager, business analyst, PMO, or requirements engineer is a must
- Relevant certifications (e.g. IREB, Scrum, SAFe, COBIT, HERMES, ITIL) are desired and advantageous
- Attributes that will definitely advance your career at EY: teamwork, determination, commitment and quick comprehension
- As an internationally active Swiss company, we require flawless language skills, both spoken and written, in German and English
