- Planning and coordination of operational workflows as well as coordination with adjacent departments
- Organisation of orders and demand-oriented allocation of available resources
- Creation and optimisation of CAM machining programmes for 3- and 5-axis machining
- Independent setup and operation of CNC milling machines
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and internal procedures
- Initial experience in the technical or personnel management of employees
- Good knowledge of CAM software and ERP systems
- Independent and precise working style as well as a resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong understanding of efficient workflows
- Versatile and responsible tasks with corresponding scope for design

Profile
- Completed basic training as a polymechanic EFZ, plant and apparatus builder EFZ or a comparable technical basic training with CNC experience- Initial experience in the technical or personnel management of employees
- Good knowledge of CAM software and ERP systems
- Independent and precise working style as well as a resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong understanding of efficient workflows
