About the job
To strengthen our team in the PMO & Projects area, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Ensuring that the project portfolio data and the associated projects are up to date and maintained according to the principles of PDAG
- Conducting regular meetings with internal and external project managers to ensure compliance with PDAG project governance (financial planning/budgeting, project, resource planning, project documentation, etc.)
- Establishing, further developing and implementing processes that ensure the completeness and currency of the project inventory in the PDAG internal project management system PQforce
- You support the Head of PMO & Projects in anchoring a company-wide, standardised project methodology that enables PDAG and its business units to carry out projects in a targeted, effective and efficient manner
- Building, establishing and further developing the standardisation and scaling of PMO processes
- Your tasks include establishing, further developing and maintaining guidelines, templates and tools for project execution as well as supporting project managers and project staff in the use of these working tools
- In addition to project-related quality and resource management, you ensure the standardisation of project documentation and reporting
- You take on the management of various smaller interdisciplinary projects or subprojects (digitalisation, structural infrastructure, organisation)

- You already have experience in project management and/or project portfolio management and are looking for a new challenge where you can also develop personally?

- Your profile is rounded off by a completed bachelor’s degree preferably in project management, business / medical informatics or equivalent competencies gained through professional experience
- We expect a flexible and resilient personality who ideally also wants to develop personally within the scope of the position
