For the Medical location Grenchen (Switzerland) we are looking for a
Sample Technician (m/f/d) – MedTech, 80-100%
Your main tasks
- Planning, coordination and independent execution of tool qualifications and sampling on injection moulding machines according to applicable internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Planning, execution and evaluation of Design of Experiments (DOE) to determine optimal process parameters and to support process validations and optimisations
- GMP-compliant, complete and traceable documentation of all sampling, qualification and validation activities including the preparation of the required documents and reports
- Determination, optimisation and release of injection moulding processes taking into account quality, process and economic requirements
Your profile
- Completed technical vocational training, preferably as a plastic technologist EFZ (specialising in injection moulding), polymechanic EFZ, toolmaker, production mechanic or equivalent
- Completed further training in the field of plastics technology, process engineering, process optimisation or medical technology (e.g. technician HF, plastics technician or similar)
- Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 13485 and GMP is essential
- Several years of experience in plastics processing, preferably in injection moulding
- Experience in a regulated production environment (preferably in medical technology, pharmaceutical or food industry), handling injection moulding machines, tool sampling and qualifications as well as process validations
- Knowledge in the analysis of quality deviations and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Confident handling of MS Office, ERP (SAP, ProAlpha or similar) and various CAQ or quality management systems
- Good English skills (level B1/B2)
