Due to our successful expansion strategy, we are looking for a
Project Leader / Project Manager (m/f/d | 100%)
for our headquarters in Duggingen (CH) to start immediately or by arrangement.Your area of responsibility
- Operational management and responsibility for customer projects in special plant engineering from project start to final acceptance by the customer
- Taking over projects after contract conclusion, clarifying the technical, commercial and scheduling requirements from the contract, specifications and customer specifications
- Creating and monitoring project plans, milestones as well as delivery and assembly periods
- Committed customer support, coordination of engineering, procurement, production, assembly, commissioning and customer acceptance
- Actively driving projects forward, recognising problems early and consistently implementing countermeasures
- Overall responsibility for project costs, deadlines, quality, risks, changes and open points including regular reporting to the Head of Project Management
- Actively further developing existing project management processes and procedures
Your profile
- Completed technical studies, ideally mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical education
- At least 5 years of experience in project management in the machinery industry, ideally in special plant engineering (scheduling, budget monitoring, risk management, project reporting)
- Strong hands-on mentality, decisiveness and assertiveness towards customers, suppliers and internal departments
- In-depth technical understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems as well as automation, PLC, machine control and user interfaces
- Experience in coordinating engineering, purchasing, production, assembly, commissioning and customer acceptance
- Very good communication skills in English and German, willingness to travel occasionally for short periods
