Business Engineer Microsoft Dynamics CRM (m/f/d)

The Portfolio & Solution Delivery Sales Platform area is responsible for portfolio management as well as the implementation and operation of the sales applications of Zürcher Kantonalbank.

We support the interaction between sales employees and our customers through digital channels and applications. In doing so, we constantly simplify the everyday work of our employees in the areas of customer care, sales, and customer service – always keeping both user and customer concerns in focus. The DevOps team "Avantribe" designs, develops, and operates the applications that support sales and service processes for our most complex banking customers: e.g., institutional, multinational, banks, insurance companies, or pension funds. • Participate in the redesign of our MS Dynamics applications as part of the Going-Cloud initiative as a member of the CRM development team, focusing on data structure as well as customer engagement and sales processes 
• Close interdisciplinary collaboration with product managers, product owners, developers, stakeholders, cloud specialists, and other experts 
• Help shape the professional and technical approach to keep the big picture in mind and focus on the essentials 
• Independently identify complex stakeholder needs and translate them into simple, efficient, effective, and sustainable functional solutions 
• Develop features and stories in detail and accompany them during implementation 
• Test stories and features, create user documentation, and share responsibility for our releases 
• Plan work for the next PI (Product Increment) with the product owner and as part of the agile team

• Completed studies (FH or university), e.g., in business informatics, computer science, banking & finance 
• At least 5 years of experience as a business engineer or similar roles, ideally in the CRM area in banking, with the product Microsoft Dynamics CRM or with MS Dynamics Going-Cloud projects 
• Solid methodological skills in business analysis, high IT affinity, and experience in agile projects (SAFe) 
• Open-minded team player with a positive attitude and structured working style 
• Critical thinker, a winning manner with assertiveness 
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in German
