For our client HALEON, a world leader in the healthcare sector, we are looking for a:
Logistics Operator
Through this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the transportation of all types of items (ADC, API, Consumables, waste, etc.) from various delivery and storage points to the point of use or recycling, ensuring and maintaining their cleanliness in compliance with GMP and HSE regulations.
Your impact:
You have a direct impact on the traceability of components used in the manufacture of our medicines.
Key responsibilities:
- Check and record the correct identification, external appearance, and quantity of items received from a third party.
- Identify goods to ensure traceability throughout their lifecycle on site.
- Stock items in accordance with SAP instructions, ensuring proper protection, securing, and correct identification of goods.
- Transport goods on site from various storage points following SAP instructions or off-system requests.
- Record each transfer step in SAP to always know the physical location of the goods.
- Make goods available on the line in time, in the right quantity, to ensure production (PHC, Bulk, Packaging, etc.).
- Ensure restocking of goods in all identified storage points.
- Respect zoning: provide necessary protections when moving from one zone to another.
- Manage correct identification, weighing, and proper waste stream compliance by transporting waste to collection, compacting, and loading points.
- Prepare, pack, identify, and load finished or export products.
- Maintain work areas clean and orderly.
- Respect and keep handling equipment (trolleys, conveyors, lifts, pallet exchangers, wrapping machines, trucks, wagons) in good order.
- Contribute to the training of new material flow agents.
- Participate in improvement actions and projects.
Your profile:
Minimum 3/4 years of experience in logistics including apprenticeship (Reception, Storage, handling) in Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Food, or high-tech industries known for their high standards.
You are recognised for your versatility, autonomy, and adaptability.
