Our client is a leading institution in the Swiss healthcare sector with multiple locations and a large number of employees. The company stands for quality, innovation and modern HR processes and offers a challenging environment in which you can actively help shape the further development of the payroll area.
Responsibilities:
Professional and personnel management of a payroll team as well as promotion of the professional development of employees
Ensuring timely, accurate and legally compliant payroll processing
Responsibility for year-end tasks, withholding tax accounting and the entire social insurance administration
Ensuring compliance with labour, tax and social insurance regulations
Advising employees and managers on all questions relating to payroll and social insurance
Contact person for authorities, social insurance institutions and external auditors
Leading and participating in projects for the digitalisation, automation and optimisation of payroll processes
Further development of HR and payroll processes as well as ensuring high data quality
Close cooperation with Human Resources, Finance and other internal specialist departments
Qualifications:
Completed higher education (HF, FH or university) as well as further training in payroll, social insurance or human resources (e.g. federal specialist certificate in HR or social insurance)
Several years of professional experience in a leading payroll function including solid leadership experience
Very good knowledge of Swiss payroll, tax and social insurance law
Sound user knowledge in SAP HCM and MS Office; experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems is an advantage
Experience in digitalising and optimising payroll processes
