Role:
As a service technician, you are responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of our technical systems and equipment. You are the link between our products and the customers, ensuring smooth operation and contributing to long-term customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of technical systems and equipment at customers’ premises
- Carrying out maintenance and repair work to ensure trouble-free operation
- Troubleshooting and fault rectification both on-site and via remote maintenance
- Training and advising customers on the optimal use of the systems
- Documenting the work performed and preparing service reports
- Supporting the optimisation of maintenance processes and technical solutions
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
- Professional experience in technical service or a similar position
- Sound knowledge in fault diagnosis and repair of technical systems
- High willingness to travel and flexibility
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented manner
- Independent and reliable working style
