What is my role?

Payroll with responsibility. Shaping processes. Driving the future.

Together with your team, you ensure that the payroll processing for around 2,200 employees runs reliably, correctly and on time. At the same time, you have the opportunity to actively further develop processes and help shape an important change project.

• You independently carry out and check payroll and payment processes

• You handle mutations as well as complex payroll and social insurance cases

• You competently advise employees and managers on payroll and time management

• You optimise and further develop payroll and time management processes

• You take on specialist responsibility and actively contribute your know-how to the team

• You participate in the harmonisation of payroll systems and employment conditions - including the pension fund

What do I need to be successful?

• Several years of experience as an HR/payroll specialist

• Sound payroll and social insurance knowledge

• Analytical and networked thinking

• Precise, independent and reliable working style

• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of collaboration

• Experience in system or process harmonisation is a plus

• Knowledge of Abacus Payroll, Perigon or RTM is advantageous
