Digital Specialist, AI & Operational Excellence – EAM
Within the EAM (External Asset Managers) team, you will actively contribute to the digital evolution of our business and the continuous improvement of the experience offered to our EAM clients as well as our Relationship Managers.
In an entrepreneurial and innovative environment, you will play a key role in supporting users and digital tools while making a very concrete contribution to their improvement.
Your mission will not stop at responding to requests: you will seek to understand their origin, identify operational obstacles, and develop solutions to simplify processes, automate repetitive tasks, and sustainably improve working methods.
You will notably use artificial intelligence and new technologies as concrete levers to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Reporting to the COO Office EAM, you will work closely with commercial teams, digital specialists, IT teams, and various internal partners.
We are looking for a curious, pragmatic, and enterprising person who enjoys both helping users and understanding how things work, experimenting, and building concrete solutions.
YOUR MISSION:
1. Digital support, training & user assistance
- Be the primary contact for questions related to digital tools used by our EAM clients and Relationship Managers.
- Provide first-level functional support, analyse encountered issues, and directly resolve those that can be addressed.
- Support users in adopting platforms, features, and new digital tools.
- Design simple and effective materials: user guides, FAQs, training materials, educational content, and best practices.
- Train users and help develop their autonomy in using the tools.
- Transform recurring support requests into opportunities for simplification, automation, or self-service.
- Implement and monitor relevant indicators to measure adoption, effectiveness, and impact of deployed solutions.
2. Artificial intelligence, automation & digital solutions
- Identify manual, repetitive, or complex activities that can be simplified or automated.
- Design, prototype, test, and deploy digital and AI-based solutions addressing concrete business problems.
- Develop and maintain virtual assistants, AI agents, or knowledge bases capable of responding to users’ recurring requests, automations, or workflows to improve efficiency.
- Contribute to integrating AI tools and automating business processes within the EAM department.
- Conduct active monitoring of new technologies and regularly propose new high-value use cases.
3. Operational excellence & continuous improvement
- Observe and analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, or automation.
- Build and test solutions closely with users to quickly gather feedback and evolve them.
- Lead or contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing operational risks, improving service quality, and increasing productivity.
- Produce analyses and recommendations based on user feedback and activity data.
- Contribute to defining, monitoring, and improving performance indicators related to digital services.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the EAM activity.
4. Innovation & strategic projects
- Actively contribute to digital and innovation initiatives within the EAM department.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to use technology to serve EAM clients, Relationship Managers, and internal teams.
- Test and challenge new solutions before wider deployment.
- Collaborate with Business Management, IT, Digital Banking, Compliance, and Front Office teams on various cross-functional projects.
- Contribute to the evolution of the digital offering for EAMs to strengthen our position as an innovative bank.
- Test, challenge, and promote new solutions likely to improve client and employee experience.
- Participate, when necessary, in preparing analyses, recommendations, and presentations for management.
- Move from idea to action: be capable of transforming a need or opportunity into a test prototype or concrete solution.
YOUR PROFILE:
- University degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, data science, information systems, management, or a similar field as a self-taught individual.
- First professional experience or significant internship in a digital, technological, or banking environment.
- Practical experience or concrete achievements in creating digital solutions, automations, prototypes, AI tools, or technological projects.
- Strong interest in new technologies, artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation.
- Familiarity with tools or technologies such as generative AI, AI agents, automation tools, low-code/no-code, APIs, scripting, or data is a strong asset.
- Entrepreneurial and "builder" mindset: you are solution-oriented and enjoy understanding a problem, experimenting, and building a solution rather than just identifying it.
- Pragmatic, dynamic, and results-oriented, with a strong execution capacity.
- Autonomous and proactive, you naturally take initiatives and seek out topics.
- Capable of working iteratively: test quickly, learn, adjust, and improve.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of EAM activities, private banking, or financial services is an asset, but curiosity, learning ability, and solution orientation will be decisive.
