To strengthen our teams within various Geneva establishments, we are looking for a
Nursing Assistant in the Disability Sector (M/F)
Job Description
You will join our specialised team in the disability sector for occasional and/or scheduled assignments.
The assignments offered may be split shifts, continuous shifts, or a minimum of 4 hours up to 14 hours per day.
You will provide nursing care and support to an adult population with multiple disabilities within specialised institutions (intellectual disability, autism, psychiatric disorders and/or brain injuries).
Activity rate ranging from 50% to 100%.
Profile Sought
You have at least one year of successful experience as a nursing assistant in the field of multiple disabilities. Patient care and their well-being are at the heart of your concerns.
Calm by nature, you have the ability to handle difficult and/or crisis situations.
You enjoy teamwork and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Available by day and/or night, on split shifts, weekends and public holidays, you are a very flexible and organised person.
You have a means of transport and a driving licence.
