Job Description
Location: Dübendorf | Start: by arrangement
Do you enjoy working with data, recognise connections, and take pleasure in making processes simpler, more digital, and more efficient? Do you keep an overview even with large amounts of data and want to actively help shape modern automation and AI-supported tools?
Then you are exactly right with us.
Maagtechnic is part of the ERIKS Group – and we ensure that industrial companies are reliably supplied with the right products and solutions. High-quality data and efficient digital processes are an important foundation for this. In our Customer Development & Integration area, you combine data management, process optimisation, and digital solutions, thereby contributing to efficient collaboration with our customers and internal
specialist departments.
Your tasks
With us, you work at the interface between data, processes, and digital solutions. You ensure high data quality, further develop recurring workflows, and support the integration of our digital services.
You standardise, clean, and supplement customer and article data and ensure high data quality.
You prepare product data with our proprietary software solutions and perform mass reconciliations based on existing ERP data.
Together with (Key) Account Management, you classify and analyse customer product data.
You control automatic pre-matching, validate the results, and document confirmed or rejected matches.
You digitalise and automate recurring workflows and help reduce manual steps and media breaks.
You support consistent EDI and PunchOut onboardings as well as the data-side integration of our Value Added Services such as VMI, onsite services, and vending machines.
You professionally manage our AI-supported tools, maintain rules, decision logics, and data sources, and monitor quality and exception rates.
You organise human-in-the-loop reviews and thus ensure the quality of automated results.
You are the contact person for software providers and support internal users with training.
You work closely with internal specialist departments, (Key) Account Managers, project management, IT, digital, and external software providers.
You keep an eye on relevant key figures such as matching rate, data quality, degree of automation, throughput times, as well as rework and error rates.
Your profile
For us, it is especially important that you work with data in a structured way, understand technical contexts, and enjoy further developing processes together with others.
A strong flair for data management and the ability to work in a structured way with large data sets
Very good Microsoft Office skills and confident handling of tools such as Power BI
Basic understanding of SAP/MDM processes, data structures, workflows, and interfaces
Understanding of rule-based automation and AI-supported tools
A technical basic education and/or commercial further training
Proactive communication with project teams and relevant stakeholders
An independent, structured, and careful way of working
Enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration and developing digital solutions in a practical way
What to expect
You can expect a versatile specialist role in which you combine data quality, digitalisation, and process optimisation and actively help shape the further development of our digital working methods.
A varied activity at the interface of business, data, and technology
A lot of personal responsibility in the preparation and quality assurance of data
The opportunity to actively help shape automation and AI-supported tools in everyday work
Close collaboration with various internal specialist departments and external software partners
An environment where you can contribute your ideas to simplify and digitalise processes
Attractive employment conditions and social benefits
Development opportunities within Maagtechnic and the international ERIKS Group
A collegial environment with mutual support
Why you fit with us
You feel comfortable where data, processes, and digital solutions come together. You work precisely, think in networks, and want not only to process existing workflows but to continuously improve them.
You do not have to know everything yet. What is important to us is that you have a good understanding of data and processes, enjoy familiarising yourself with new tools and technologies, and are open to working with different specialist departments.
If you are looking for a specialist role in which you ensure data quality, drive automation, and actively support digital collaboration with our customers, we want to get to know you.
Sound like you?
Then we look forward to your application!
