The La Rozavère Foundation brings together four medico-social establishments (EMS). Its system also includes a Preparation and Waiting Structure for Accommodation in EMS (SPAH), an Adapted Housing with Support (LADA) and a Temporary Reception Centre (CAT).

For our L’Orée site in Crissier, we are looking for a committed and caring healthcare assistant with experience in psychogeriatrics.

YOUR MISSION

• Participate in the implementation and development of the resident’s support project and in individual and group activities
• Attend psychiatric liaison and report observations
• Provide hygiene care delegated by the nurse, taking into account the residents’ resources and limitations
• Observe the resident’s health status and relay the information collected
• Support residents in daily life activities while promoting their autonomy, independence and social connection
• Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with residents’ relatives and families while respecting your scope of competence
• Maintain care equipment and the resident’s environment
• Participate in an interdisciplinary care approach for residents.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a Red Cross 120-hour certificate or an equivalent qualification
• You hold a certificate as a psychiatric companion for the elderly (FAP), an advantage
• You are proficient with common IT tools (Carefolio) and master the French language both orally and in writing
• You embody trust, authenticity and respect
• You have excellent stress management and proven sensitivity to relational aspects
• You demonstrate dynamism, motivation and good adaptability.
