Project Manager Garden and Landscape Construction 80-100%
Your tasks- Independent management and coordination of demanding garden and landscape construction projects
- Precise surveying of construction sites and development of project fundamentals
- Preparation, calculation and follow-up of quotations
- Organisation and scheduling of materials, machinery and resources
- Deployment planning and leadership of employees on construction sites
- Ongoing monitoring of deadlines, quality and costs throughout the entire project execution
- Contact person for clients, architects as well as external partners and active maintenance of long-term customer relationships
- Ensuring smooth project execution until successful handover
- Completed training as a gardener EFZ specialising in garden and landscape construction
- Further training as a garden technician HF or master gardener with a federal diploma (or close to completion)
- Several years of professional experience in project management or as a foreman or site manager in garden and landscape construction
- Sound knowledge in calculation, construction scheduling and cost control
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications and ideally experience with industry software
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
- Leadership skills, organisational talent and enjoyment in motivating employees and successfully completing projects
- Strong customer orientation and confident appearance towards clients, architects and specialist partners
- Driving licence category B
- Responsible and varied projects in high-quality private garden construction
- Lots of personal responsibility as well as short decision-making paths in an owner-managed company
