French-speaking Insurance and Pension Advisor (m/f/d)
How you contribute:
- Independently and holistically acquiring new clients through telephone, virtual, and partly personal sales of our entire insurance and pension offering
- Conducting professional, friendly, and goal-oriented customer dialogues with a focus on our value promises "appreciative", "entrepreneurial" and "enthusiastic"
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships as well as independently analysing your own sales figures to derive measures
- Ensuring high-quality application processing
- Supporting and ensuring knowledge transfer among new and existing team members
What distinguishes you:
- In addition to your basic training, you must have completed VBV training.
- You bring solid experience in customer acquisition within an insurance environment (KVG, VVG, non-life insurance and/or pensions).
- You think analytically, explain complex matters clearly, and act proactively, reliably, and with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You are characterised by strong advisory and communication skills and enjoy selling.
- You adapt your thinking and actions to changing market conditions and respond flexibly and skilfully to different customer demands.
- You are sociable, communicative, and possess high social competence.
- You have excellent French and German skills, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are an advantage.
