Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Nurse

Who are we? 

We are a friendly permanent and temporary staff placement agency, well established in the Medical and social fields. We are currently also developing the sectors of home care, assistance and support. Our offices are located in Carouge. Our policy is centred on people, listening, and trust. We work equally well in urgent situations for temporary assignments as well as for permanent positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to a child with multiple disabilities and psychiatric disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
• Actively participate in clinical meetings and case discussions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of therapeutic projects.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of medical and administrative records.
• One-to-one care from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm throughout the 2026/2027 school year, with the possibility of mission renewal depending on funding.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma recognised in Switzerland (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in child and adolescent psychiatry or psychiatry preferred.
• Available immediately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in French; any other language is an asset.
• Flexibility, empathy and a sense of responsibility.
