Job Description
Ensuring optimal and professional care of patients
Design and implementation of the nursing process
Support and advice for patients and their relatives
Participation in the training of future nursing staff (HF, FAGE)
Ensuring high service quality through work in all three shifts
Requirements Profile
Training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH or recognised equivalent professional training with experience in an acute hospital
Innovative, cooperative and dynamic personality
Enjoyment of independent working, combined with high organisational and communication skills
Teamwork and commitment
Sense of responsibility, resilience and flexibility
