For our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing IT system house in Eastern Switzerland, we are seeking a technically proficient and customer-oriented individual for systems engineering and project management. The company operates its own highly available data centre infrastructure and supports Swiss SMEs from strategic needs analysis to seamless operation of the most modern IT landscapes.
- Implementation & Operation: You take over procurement, installation and support of complex customer environments (servers, storage, workstations, security as well as cloud infrastructures).
- Network & Cloud: You plan and implement modern network structures (LAN, WLAN, WAN/VPN, TCP/IP) and integrate Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Project Management & Datacentre: You independently lead demanding IT projects and actively contribute to the continuous expansion of the geo-redundant data centres.
- Several years of experience in supporting and redesigning Microsoft client and server landscapes.
- Certifications in the Microsoft or Citrix environment (e.g. MCSE / Azure Administrator / CCA or comparable) are expressly desired.
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft Azure and network technology (routing, switching, VPN, firewalling).
- High service orientation, strong quality awareness and enjoyment of direct customer contact.
- Driving licence category B for regional customer support on site.
- Scope of Action: High personal responsibility, short decision-making paths and plenty of room for your own ideas.
- Development: Targeted support for personal further training and manufacturer certifications.

Profile
- Solid basic IT education (EFZ), ideally complemented by a higher technical college (Informatiker HF/TS) or equivalent specialised training.- Several years of experience in supporting and redesigning Microsoft client and server landscapes.
- Certifications in the Microsoft or Citrix environment (e.g. MCSE / Azure Administrator / CCA or comparable) are expressly desired.
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft Azure and network technology (routing, switching, VPN, firewalling).
