You continuously analyse business development and derive concrete improvement potentials
You are responsible for planning and forecasting processes together with the relevant departments
You further develop existing controlling processes, reports, and tools with Microsoft Power BI
You support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as management reporting
You analyse investment projects and assess their economic viability
You participate in projects and special topics within controlling
You take on the role of key user for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and work closely with the Group Controller and Group CFO
Qualifications:
You have a degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable field
You bring practical experience in business controlling, ideally from a manufacturing or industrial environment
You possess very good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and have experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
You convince with strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a good understanding of business contexts
You communicate confidently in German and English
