Architect, Project Manager
- SBAT137
- The SBAT is responsible for managing the administrative real estate assets of the State; it ensures their maintenance, upkeep, and renovation or redevelopment work. As the representative of the Project Owner (MO), it actively participates in the planning and realization of new constructions or major transformations.
As a qualified specialist, you independently plan, manage, or carry out important and varied projects. You represent the MO in monitoring large real estate operations and prepare the required files for credit requests as well as for calls for tenders. Responsible for meeting deadlines, costs, safety, and quality of your projects, you actively contribute to the smooth running of the service.
Holder of a diploma or a master's degree in EPF, HES, or REG A architecture, you have at least 5 years of experience in managing, planning, and executing complex projects (including mastery of financial project management). You master management software tools (Messerli), drawing (Autocad), and project tools (MS Project) and have training or solid knowledge in sustainable development as well as public procurement procedures. You are appreciated for your organizational skills and the quality of your work and are recognized for your writing skills and ability to communicate in a multidisciplinary environment.
