About the job
Quality Officer Cleaning 50%- You regularly carry out quality checks on various sites and ensure compliance with our cleaning standards
- You train, support and accompany employees in their daily work
- You promote and develop employees professionally
- You plan assignments and assist in organising a smooth operational process
- You ensure consistent adherence to quality, safety and hygiene standards
- You look after customers on site, address their concerns and ensure a high level of service quality
- You identify optimisation potential and implement improvement measures in a targeted manner
- You perform administrative tasks and support the operational managers in day-to-day business
- You have experience in the cleaning industry, ideally in a quality assurance or managerial role
- You are familiar with the requirements of maintenance, basic and glass cleaning. You work independently, reliably and with a high standard of quality
- You enjoy supporting, guiding and developing employees
- You impress with your communicative manner, organisational talent and customer orientation. Training in housekeeping, facility maintenance, cleaning or a comparable qualification is an advantage
- You communicate confidently in German; additional language skills are welcome
- You have good user knowledge of common office programmes as well as a category B driving licence
