Production Mechanic – CNC Manufacturing in 2-Shift Model
Activities
- Setting up and operating CNC milling centers (3-/4-/5-axis, Heidenhain)
- Processing demanding workpieces including quality control
- Tool assembly according to TopSolid as well as working with setting devices
- Running in and optimizing CAM programs
- ERP bookings and order processing according to guidelines
- Machine maintenance as well as ensuring order and cleanliness
Requirements
- Training as a polymechanic or production mechanic (CNC)
- Solid CNC knowledge in milling
- Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
- Precise, independent and reliable working style
- Team player, flexible and responsible
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
