For our daycare in Villars-sur-Glâne, we are looking for a:

Socio-educational Assistant

Your mission :

• Welcome children and their families in a respectful and professional manner.

• Provide parenting support

• Ensure the psychological, emotional, and physical safety and well-being of the child

• Play a leading role in managing a group of children, animating the team, and proposing suitable playful activities

• Ensure a preventive role with the child and their family

• Collaborate and actively communicate with the site management and the entire educational team

• Contribute to creating a pleasant and motivating work environment respecting the values of the Babilou group and each individual’s personality

• Supervise and organize the daily life of the children’s groups in the sector to ensure that families and children receive impeccable care quality

Your profile :

• Certified with a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Socio-Educational Assistant or equivalent recognized by the competent authority

• Bilingual French/English is an asset

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills

• Versatility, flexibility, and enthusiasm

• Work ethic and sense of responsibility

• Communication skills, listening, and team spirit
