What to expect

• Registrazione e presa a carico delle dichiarazioni di sinistro
• Gestione autonoma dei casi di sinistro per i rami veicoli a motore, cose e responsabilità civile
• Valutazione della copertura assicurativa e determinazione della responsabilità
• Analisi delle pretese di risarcimento e definizione delle prestazioni dovute
• Contatti regolari con i nostri partner, clienti e terzi coinvolti
• Attività varia e autonoma all'interno di un team affiatato e collaborativo

The skills you'll bring

• Attestato federale di capacità come impiegato di commercio, idealmente nel settore assicurativo (certificazione AFA o brevetto federale costituiscono titolo preferenziale)
• Almeno 2 anni di esperienza professionale nella gestione dei sinistri danni materiali
• Capacità di lavorare in modo affidabile anche in presenza di carichi di lavoro elevati
• Spiccato spirito di squadra, flessibilità e senso di responsabilità
• Ottima attitudine al contatto telefonico e alla gestione delle comunicazioni
• Madrelingua italiana; buona conoscenza del tedesco (min. B2) o del francese (min. B2) costituisce titolo preferenziale
• Personalità dinamica, pragmatica e flessibile, con forte orientamento al cliente e al lavoro in team
• Buone competenze informatiche
• Disponibile dal 1° agosto 2026 o data da concordare
